About The Future Governance Forum (FGF)
With our recently published three-year strategy, a growing team, and expanding networks in central, local and regional government, civil society and business, this is an exciting time to join The Future Governance Forum (FGF).
FGF is a progressive, non-partisan think tank focused on transforming the state with the ultimate goal of renewing the nation. We build strong networks and convene experts from across the public, private and social sectors to develop and test new and innovative ways in which government could be more effective at every level, and we make politically credible recommendations for reforms that can be delivered nationally and locally.
FGF’s values
- We are collaborative: We build with others to ensure that our work is compelling, useful, trusted – and adopted.
- We are inquisitive: We always ask why things are the way they are – and how they could be better.
- We are courageous: We are willing to take on tired systems and rhetoric, and say hard things kindly – in order to promote change that is real.
- We are practical: We turn ideas into clear, usable plans and tools that help people and organisations deliver meaningful change in the real worlds they inhabit.
